This year is a good year. Better than 2017. 2017 is better than 2016. And 2016 is better than 2015 and so on. 2014 is the year I got the worst psychosis. 2013 is my worst year in term of health,
This year came and go so fast. What have I achieve? I must say the single most important thing I gained is the solidification of Al Araf 7:7. Other minor gains are my attempts to quit smoking and exercise.
Financially I am better off.
Supplement intake improved.
2018 I have a better understanding of my mania.
I guess the other significant thing is NO DEPRESSION.
I managed to save RM5 k.

From 2014 to 2019 = 6 years.
The most relevant thing to do is LOSE 30 kg. To do that is diet and exercise.
Three things to do in 2019 is to quit 3 Cs, lose 30 kg and run half marathon.
